On October 20, Asian Legal Business officially unveiled the result of ALB China 2016 Top Female Lawyers Ranking. Ms. Zhang Bin, partner with Lifang, was awarded the honorable title.
Ms. Zhang's areas of practice focus in intellectual property, antitrust and unfair competition. Over the 14 years since she began to practice as a lawyer, she has handled a large number of litigation as well as non-litigation matters relating to trademark, copyright, patent, unfair competition, trade secret, domain name, technology contract and corporate intellectual property arrangement. She has also represented clients in a number of important cases before the Supreme People’s Court or provincial High Courts and in cases of significant social impact, which was often widely covered by influential media.
