Guangzhou Lawyers Association recently awarded 123 lawyers for their outstanding achievements in eight fields including deal-making, theoretical research, management and pro bone services. A paper by Lifang partner Mr. Deng Yao, entitled Defects in the Way of China’s Criminal Prosecution of Trade Secret Cases and Recommendations, won the second prize for outstanding achievements in theoretical research.
