The 3rd IP Forefront Med Forum (IFMF 2023), organized by IP Forefront, was successfully held in Shenzhen from November 15 to 17, 2023. Two partners of Lifang & Partners, Mr. Li Wu and Mr. Manxia Xu, and Senior Counsel, Mr. Jun Hu, were invited to attend the conference. Mr. Jun Hu made a speech entitled Analysis of Regulatory Issues in Medical Device Cross-border Licensing Transactions in the pre-conference seminar, then participated in the round table discussion on Data Compliance and the Construction of Compliance System of Medical Device Enterprise. Mr. Li Wu and Ms. Manxia  Xu participated the roundtable discussion on What Medical Device Companied Can Do to Patent Risk Prevention in Face of Frequent Patent Infringement Lawsuits on the first day of the conference. In addition, Mr. Li Wu moderated the morning session of the second day with the theme of Focusing on Europe, the U.S., and Abroad Business for Domestic Medical Device Enterprises.
