On November 4, 2023, Dr. Jian Yang, senior counsel of Lifang & Partners, was invited to deliver a lecture on "Patent Layout and Risk Response in Life Sciences" to trainees of XGI Life Sciences and Healthcare Acceleration Camp 2023, most of whom are the founder of start-ups. 

In the lecture, Dr. Jian Yang explained the core of patent protection and patent layout strategies in life sciences and detailed points of patent prosecution in different countries. In addition, Dr. Jian Yang assisted trainees in setting up the framework of patent risk prevention by giving a thorough display of various patent risks.
