On September 24, 2023, Li Chunxuan, a partner of Lifang & Partners, was invited by the Intellectual Property Committee of Zhengzhou Lawyers Association to give a thematic training on Focused Issues and Exemplified Cases of Civil and Criminal Cases of Trade Secrets.

Li Chunxuan delved deeply into the intricacies of trade secrets by introducing the identification, constitutive elements, types, and significance of trade secrets and presented measures for companies to protection systems, risk management, and compliance guidelines of trade secrets. In addition, he further illustrated scenarios of trade secret leakage and elucidated the optimal strategies in case of trade secrets infringement. Finally, he shared his experience handling cases involving trade secrets in both civil and criminal matters, offering valuable insights to other lawyers.
