On 15th September, Wang Ying, a partner of Lifang & Partners, was invited to give a lecture on the commercialization of IP, technical licensing, and case analysis for graduates of Business School of University of Chinese Academy of Sciences. This lecture is a part of the intellectual property course offered to first-year graduate students from China and European Union countries.

Wang Ying discussed the integration of various IPs and business operations, using cases and deals by herself. In addition, Wang Ying introduced the basic principles of technical licensing and practical measures in evaluating licensees, negotiating with counterparties, and terminating agreements. The three-hour program, which included theoretical presentations and case studies, helped the students deepen their commercial understanding of intellectual property and was highly regarded by faculty and students.
