On 11th July, 2023, Lifang & Partners' senior counsel, Mr. Mark HU, was invited to attend China Medical Device Intellectual Property Development Summit. Mr. HU delivered the speech of "Legal Issues of Medical Device Transaction" and hosted a panel discussion on trade secret protection for medical device corporation.

Mr. Mark HU focuses on compliance, intellectual property and commercial transaction. He has over 16 years of extensive experience in multinational healthcare companies and a reputable PRC law firm. Mr. HU has an educational background in both medicine and law, and has received the Chinese lawyer qualification and Chinese patent attorney qualification.  Before joining Lifang, he served as  Legal Counsel at Novartis, Senior Legal Counsel at Medtronic and Reckitt, and Compliance Director at Pfizer.
