Mr. Jiang specializes in areas of securities and capital markets, financial compliance, and structured finance, etc. He also has extensive experience in resolving disputes over investment and financing. 

Mr. Jiang has advised numerous influential deals in capital markets, and part of them are named "Deals of the Year" by China Business Law Journal. Additionally, Mr. Jiang ranked in The Legal 500 Asia Pacific Securities and Capital Markets Recommended Lawyers as well.
