On July 28th, 2022, Lifang & Partners' client, Beijing Yunxingyu Traffic Technology Ltd (“Yunxingyu”) was listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (“NEEQ”). This is another success case for Liang & Partners's Capital Markets and Securities team.

The client is a state-owned shareholding corporation and a leading system integration supplier in the ETC industry in China. The listing on the NEEQ is an important step for the client to enter the capital market.
