In December 2019, Mr ZHANG Yan joined Lifang & Partners as a partner. We are certain that he will inject new energy into the IP service team.

Mr ZHANG mainly practices in the areas of IP and unfair competition law, and has provided IP related legal services to myriads of domestic and overseas clients. A number of IP cases handled or led by him have been named excellent or leading cases by domestic and overseas publications and all court levels in China. Moreover, Mr ZHANG was named a Recommended IP Lawyer by The Legal 500, and a Tier 1 Chinese IP Lawyer by MIP.
