On 29 March 2019, Lifang & Partners announced five promotions.

In our Beijing office Zhang Lei, Sun Kena and Lawyer “Julie” Qin Ying were made partners. While in our Shenzhen office, Liu Qingtao was appointed as its head, while Hao Xinhui was made a partner and placed in charge of the intellectual property department in that office.

These promotions and appointments will further strengthen the ability of Lifang & Partners in areas such as intellectual property, antitrust and compliance, corporate & commercial law, and dispute resolution.

Zhang Lei

Ms Zhang Lei is both a Lawyer and Patent Attorney. She practices intellectual property law and has represented clients in a number of high-profile cases.

Sun Kena

Ms Sun Kena has practised law for more than 10 years and is well versed in corporate law, corporate legal compliance, labour law and dispute resolution.

“Julie” Qin Ying

Ms Julie Qin specialises in all aspects of monopoly and competition law.

Liu Qingtao

Mr Liu Qingtao’s fields of practice include investments, finance, acquisitions, foreign direct investments, real estate, technology transfers, tax, and corporate law.

Hao Xinhui

Ms Hao Xinhui represents a number of high-tech companies in intellectual property related matters.
