New blood has infused to Lifang’s Intellectual Property team, as Xu Manxia joined Lifang as partner in April this year.

Participated in the IP line of business in 2003, Xu Manxia has handled various types of intellectual property cases. For patent cases, in particular, she has handled numerous patent applications as well as infringement and invalid disputes, among which several were selected as the annual IP cases by Supreme People’s court. She is adept at patent application, patent infringement litigation and rights protection, patent invalid administrative procedure and subsequent contentious procedure, patent infringement risk analysis and patent protection strategy analysis and consulting. Her clients cover a broad range of domestic companies from machinery, electronic, communication, material, metallurgy, and automobile, to medical equipment.
