Lifang attorneys, Ms. Zhang Bin and Mr. Jin Yi, represented Adobe and Autodesk in an action for computer copyright infringement against a large Chinese landscape and architecture design institute. The parties eventually settled by the Defendant agreeing to buy licenses and paying compensation to Adobe and Autodesk, in a total amount of RMB 2.25 million. The Defendant has further agreed to legalize all software it uses and help promoting software legalization in the landscape design industry.
