On April 26, 2012, the World Intellectual Property Day, Lifang’s managing partner, Mr. Xie Guanbin, attends a seminar organized by SIPO’s Treaty and Law Department. SIPO invited IP experts to shed their insights on the formulation of China’s Patent Promotion and Protection Regulations.
