On September 26, 2010, Guangzhou Municipal Government retained 22 experts from universities, research institutes and law firms, for advising the government on legal matters, at a working meeting on law-based administration. Lifang partner Mr. Deng Yao was among the experts.

The meeting was held to carry out the policy made at the national level and provincial lever working conferences on law-based administration and to review Guangzhou’s situation in this aspect. Mayor of Guangzhou, Mr. Wan Qingliang, personally handed the Appointment Certificate to each expert.
