Lifang lawyer, Mr. Sun Xi, defended Hubei Wushi Pharmaceuticals in a “calcium and zinc gluconate oral liquid” patent infringement case against Aonuo (China) Pharmaceuticals before the Supreme People's Court which ruled on March 23, 2010 that both the first and second instance court decisions be evoked and all of Aonuo's litigation requests rejected. Mr. Sun Xi was engaged all through the case's second instance trial before Hebei High People's Court and retrial procedures before the Supreme People's Court.
