Lifang was recently elected by Samsung as “Samsung's Patent Litigation Partner Law Firm,” an indication of the in-depth cooperation and mutual achievements of Lifang and Samsung in the past year. Lifang successfully represented Samsung before SIPO in the invalidation procedures in respect of a rotatable screen mobile phone patent, and further won the infringement dispute over the same patent.
