Lifang lawyers, Mr. Xie Guanbin, Ms Lin Li and Mr. Sun Xi, has won a major victory for the defence of Zhongwei Bus & Coach Group in what the media dubbed “No.1 China Bus Infringement Case,” a design patent infringement allegation by German company Neoplan. SIPO has recently declared the involved Neoplan's patent invalid.

Before coming to Lifang for help, Zhongwei failed several attempts to invalid said patent. It was also ordered to pay Neoplan RMB21,16 million for compensation by the first instance Court.
