Lifang lawyers, Xie Guanbin and Sun Xi, have represented Rhodia in its patent invalidation administrative case against SIPO. Both the first and second instance courts have ruled to revoke the part of SIPO decision that declared part of Rhodia’s patent invalid. Rhodia's vital patent has therefore been maintained valid.
