Mr. Peng’s major practice areas include financial compliance and criminal risk management, financial dispute resolution, representation in criminal-civil cases, and defense of economic crimes. 

During years of legal practice, Mr. Peng has extensive experience in dealing with many financial compliance projects and criminal law cases, such as Beijing’s first case of using undisclosed information to trade. Furthermore, Mr. Peng has represented clients in cases with great social impact, including insider trading, manipulation of securities markets, rat trading, violation of information disclosure, failure to perform due diligence, and others, and assisted clients with enforcement investigations, administrative penalty hearings, and criminal defense.
