On the occasion of the 24th World IP Day, China courts at all levels released a series of typical cases of intellectual property rights. Two cases represented by Lifang was recognized. The software copyright infringment dispute between Dassault and IAT, in which Ms. ZHANG Bin and Ms. LI Chun represented Dassault, was selected as one of the "50 Typical Intellctual Property Cases of China Courts in 2023" , issued by the Supereme People's Court, and "Top 10 cases of Beijing Courts on IP Protection in 2023", annnouced by Beijing High People's Court. The unfair competition dispute involving authentication rules of two Internet platforms, represented by Ms. LI Fengfeng (Flora LI), Ms. LI Chun, and Ms. ZHANG Changran, was included in the "2024 White Paper on Intellectual Property Trial in the Primary People's Court of Haidian District of Beijing Municipality" and selected as a "Typical Cases of IP Dispute Involving Digital Economy in Haidian Primary People's Court, Beijing".
