Ms. Tan specializes in intellectual property law. In the area of intellctual property rights confirmation, she develops comprehensive global strategies for cross-boarder trade manufacturers and enterprises to protect their innovation achievements. In intellectual property litigations, Ms. Tan has successfully represented numerous complex foreign-related cases, efectively supporting Chinese exporters in recovering substantial financial losses amounting to hundreds of millions RMB.

Mr. Tan studied intellectual property law overseas and participated in a number of international academic seminars, including visits to European Patent Office (EPO) in Munich and Netherlands, Institute of European Studies of Macau (IEEM), and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the World Trade Organization (WTO).
