Mr Deng has appeared before the Supreme People’s Court in many important cases. Many of his cases, for example the Guangdong Cable Accessory Manufacturers Trade Secret Disputes, were ranked among the “Top 10 IP Cases of Guangdong,” chosen for the Guangdong Courts Almanac, or awarded the title of “Guangdong Lawyers Association, Outstanding Case.” Dozens of his cases have received extensive press coverage from China Central Television, The People’s Daily, and others. He has advised and provided specialized legal services to government departments, well-known domestic and international enterprises, the Zhongshan Municipal Intellectual Property Office, the Nanhai City Government Port Office, the Town Governments of Guzhen and Dayong, Guangdong Province Publishing Group, Guangdong Nongken Huaqiao Industry General Company, Microsoft, Fairchild Semiconductor and Bridgestone China.

Having practiced law since 1994, Mr. Deng is highly esteemed for his extensive experience in intellectual property, finance, real estate and international commercial matters.
