Ms. Li previously worked at the Beijing IP Court and Beijing No.2 Intermediate People’s Court for nine years. She presided over or participated in more than 500 trials relating to various civil and commercial cases. In addition, she heard over 300 intellectual property cases involving trademarks, copyright and patents. Through handling so many cases, she has accumulated abundant experience in resolving civil, commercial and intellectual property disputes. She is familiar with filing cases, evidence preservation, trials and appeals. Handling disputes from a judicial perspective has given Ms. Li the ability and experience to understand the critical factors that affect the outcome of disputes.

Ms. Li joined Lifang & Partners in 2018.. Her main practice areas include intellectual property and competition law. She has participated in over a dozen litigations covering intellectual property, anti-unfair competition and antitrust law.
