Mr. Liu has acted as legal counsel for many companies. His fields of practice include investment, finance, acquisitions, foreign direct investments, real estate, technology transfers, tax, debt restructuring, bankruptcy liquidation, and the establishment of corporations.

Mr. Liu has handled litigation and arbitration cases for multiple international companies' involved in commercial disputes. He has accumulated extensive experience in handling high-value claims.

Mr. Liu has experience dealing with non-contentious matters such as VIE planning and design, PE fund creation etc. He joined Lifang & Partners in 2017 as a partner. Before he joined Lifang, he was a partner at Beijing Great Wall Law Firm.
