Mr. Su primarily focuses on civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, criminal prosecution and defense, corporate compliance, and legal affairs related to investment, financing, and M&A.

Mr. Su has represented numerous enterprises in commercial crimes of embezzlement, acceptance of bribes by a non-state functionary, infringing upon trade secrets, and contract fraud. Additionally, Mr. Su has successfully resolved labor disputes for many high-tech companies, dealing with non-competition restrictive covenants, annual bonuses and performance assessments. In the field of non-litigation, Mr. Su is committed to assisting companies with legal issues including but not limited to HR risk prevention, compliance management, investment, financing, M&A, and drafting and reviewing of contracts and agreements.

Before joining Lifang, Mr. Su worked as an in-house counsel for several listed companies.
