Ms. Xu graduated from prestigious domestic and foreign universities and has an academic background in both engineering and law. She is specialized in intellectual property, trade secrets and contract law.
She is adept at handling patent applications, patent infringement litigations, patent rights protection, patent invalidations, administrative cases and subsequent procedures, analysing patent infringement risks and patent protection strategies, and consulting on all patent-related issues. Her clients cover a broad range of fields such as machinery, electronics, communications, materials, metallurgy, automotive and medical equipment. With her abundant experience, solid expertise and excellent litigation skills, she is highly recognized by clients. Several of her cases have been selected as leading annual IP cases by the Supreme People’s Court.
Ms. Xu has counseled a number of Fortune Global 500 companies. These companies include Midea, Toyota, DaimlerChrysler, Smoby, IBM, Nestle, Caterpillar, BASF, IBM, Alcoa, John Deere, Thule, Toshiba, YKK, Epson, Suntory, Toyota, Samsung and others.
Ms. Xu has successively worked for several leading IP agencies and law firms. She joined Lifang & Partners as a Partner working with the patent litigation team in 2017.
