He has provided legal services for many domestic enterprises to list on HKSE and carry out overseas M & A. Mr. Yuan has rich experience in the field of listing financing and M & A. He provides legal advice for domestic start-up enterprises in domestic and foreign financing, solved foreign commercial disputes for domestic banks and financial institutions. Mr. Yuan provides legal services for the project construction and operation for domestic real estate enterprises and enterprises，overseas engineering enterprises and oil and gas energy project enterprises. He assists domestic customers in building overseas trust structure and handling wealth inheritance matters.
