Ms. Yue Yingning specializes in computer-related intellectual property, civil and commercial dispute resolution, investment and M&A restructuring, as well as other legal practice areas. Her clients include China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom, China Tower, China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation Limited, China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Limited, China National Nuclear Corporation, and some other first-tier institutions.
Yue has represented a large number of high-profile legal cases in computer-related fields.
In the field of computer software copyright, entrusted by a well-known software company, Yue conducted exhaustive analysis and provide legal opinions for the judicial appraisal opinions issued by judicial expertise center, including code similarity identification, logical structure identification, and function similarity identification of decompiled target program codes that are shell-protected.
With regard to US export control over imported chips, engaged by a prominent communication company, Yue offered professional analysis on cloud service contracts and X86 server equipment purchase contracts with downstream dealers. She meticulously assessed associated risks and proposed specialized purchasing pattern accordingly.
As for the area of computer-related civil and commercial dispute resolution, on behalf of her clients which were usually well-known communication companies, Yue skillfully handled various disputes through commercial arbitration proceedings including contract disputes arising from shareholder investment agreements or operational & managerial rights conflicts with suppliers. Additionally, she adeptly initiated legal actions against disputes between her telecommunication company client and its customers during telecom operations.
In the realm of non-litigation practice, she had ever been appointed by an investor client as the appropriate special legal adviser, to conduct legal due diligence on an electronic technology company to be invested, and issue legal due diligence report accordingly. She also prepared and issued due diligence report for an investor looking to acquire equity of a downstream company, and for a private equity fund intending to invest in a New Third Board listed company.
Yue used to worked at Neusoft and Beijing Tianyuan Law Firm. She had ever served as the assistant to the senior vice president of Neusoft, and as the minister of Neusoft’s Human-Computer Interaction System Department, where Yue participated in and presided over numerous national-level projects and research programs, ranging from big data, deep learning, artificial intelligence, human-computer interaction, visualization, to visual perception and so on. One of her representative work, the "May Aurora" IoT visualization platform, which is developed based on cognitive computing framework, had received high praise from industry alliances and clients.
