Ms Yu’s primary practice areas are criminal defence, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. She has served in public prosecutions roles as Procurator-General of the Shangrao City People’s Procuratorate, Deputy Director of the Jiangxi Province People’s Procuratorate, and Vice President of the Jiangxi Female Lawyer’s Association.

Ms Yu is a well-honed litigator who has received a National Excellent Public Prosecutor Award. She has supervised anti-mafia crackdowns, anti-corruption campaigns, the Advisory Group of the Procuratorate Answer Network, and the Expert Advisory Group of the Procuratorate Commission. She has also dealt with several significant and high-profile death penalty appeals.
